Job Summary
To support federal hiring and selection processes, the fully remote Senior I/O Psychologist/Psychometrician will lead the design, validation, and continuous improvement of personnel assessment tools, leveraging over 10 years of experience and a master's degree in I/O Psychology.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive job analyses to document critical duties and competencies for assessment tools
- Develop assessment strategies and content, ensuring alignment with job-related competencies and organizational objectives
- Provide training and consultation to HR specialists and hiring managers on evidence-based assessment practices
Required qualifications
- A master's degree in I/O Psychology
- At least 10 years of experience in designing and validating personnel assessment tools
- Expertise in compliance with UGESP and OPM Merit System Principles
- Experience conducting validity studies and psychometric analyses
- Knowledge of federal hiring policies and assessment best practices
