Senior IAM Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Identity and Access Management, Senior Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily operations of the IAM team, ensuring timely and accurate access provisioning and de-provisioning
• Coordinate and perform access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Mentor and provide guidance to IAM Analysts while collaborating with business units to recommend appropriate access solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or a related field
• Strong understanding of IAM principles, including RBAC and privileged access management
• Experience with IAM tools such as Microsoft Active Directory and other enterprise systems
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements such as SOX
