Senior IAM Analyst
Job Summary
The full-time Senior IAM Analyst will design, implement, and maintain IAM-enabled access management practices to support SOX-relevant financial systems, working in a hybrid remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for IAM and SOX logical access controls across financial systems
- Administer and optimize IAM-based access governance, including provisioning workflows and access certifications
- Support audit readiness through documentation, evidence preparation, and remediation tracking
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 4 years of experience in IAM, SOX compliance, or financial systems administration
- Strong understanding of SOX ITGCs, logical access, user provisioning, and access review processes
- Experience supporting IAM governance frameworks and role-based access control (RBAC) models
- Ability to work across technical and functional domains, including system configuration and data analysis
