Senior IAM Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior IAM Analyst, this remote/hybrid position will design, implement, and maintain IAM practices to enhance internal controls and support audit readiness across SOX-relevant financial systems.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for IAM and SOX logical access controls across financial systems
- Administer and optimize IAM-based access governance, including provisioning workflows and access certifications
- Collaborate with system owners to validate access appropriateness and maintain strong access governance controls
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 4 years of experience in IAM, SOX compliance, or financial systems administration
- Strong understanding of SOX ITGCs, user provisioning, and access management processes
- Experience supporting IAM governance frameworks and RBAC models
- Ability to work across technical and functional domains, including data analysis and process improvement
