Senior IAM Analyst

Job Summary

To support and mature Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities across SOX-relevant financial systems, the full-time Senior IAM Analyst will design, implement, and maintain IAM-enabled access management practices while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for IAM and SOX logical access controls across financial systems
• Administer and optimize IAM-based access governance, including provisioning workflows and access certifications
• Collaborate with system owners to validate access appropriateness and maintain strong access governance controls

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 4 years of experience in IAM, SOX compliance, or financial systems administration
• Strong understanding of SOX ITGCs and IAM governance frameworks
• Ability to reconcile access across IAM, source systems, and approval records
• Demonstrated ability to identify control gaps and implement scalable solutions
