Senior IAM Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior IAM Analyst to work in a hybrid environment, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM practices that enhance internal controls and support SOX compliance across financial systems.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for IAM and SOX logical access controls across financial systems
- Administer IAM-based access governance, including provisioning workflows and access certifications
- Collaborate with system owners to validate access alignment with business responsibilities and maintain strong access governance controls
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 4 years of experience in IAM, SOX compliance, or financial systems administration
- Strong understanding of SOX ITGCs, including user provisioning and access reviews
- Experience supporting IAM governance frameworks and access management processes
- Ability to work across technical and functional domains, including system configuration and process improvement
