Senior IAM Architect

Job Summary

Leading the internal IAM practice, the full-time Senior IAM Architect will design, implement, and enhance identity capabilities for the company while working remotely and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure a secure and scalable environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and day-to-day maturity of the internal IAM practice across various identity management functions
• Own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of identity platforms and processes, ensuring security and functionality
• Collaborate with internal teams to define identity requirements and align IAM capabilities with business needs

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with expertise in both WIAM and CIAM environments
• Proven experience managing complex IAM platforms from architecture through operations in enterprise settings
• Strong hands-on experience with Ping Identity products and modern identity standards such as SAML and OAuth
• Experience defining roles and permissions in business terms and ensuring accurate implementation in technical systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
