Senior IAM Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Automation Engineer to lead the design and implementation of IAM automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and automation of IAM workflows and system integrations across various environments
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and provisioning while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Assess the IAM environment to identify gaps and implement automated solutions to enhance security

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in identity and access management
• 5 years of experience in Access Management roles with systems administration expertise
• At least one relevant certification such as CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
• Experience with IAM platforms like Azure AD, Okta, and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
