Senior IAM Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Identity & Access Management Automation Engineer to lead IAM automation solutions and enhance security.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and automation of IAM workflows and policies across various environments
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and provisioning while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Assess the IAM environment to identify vulnerabilities and implement automated solutions for improved security

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in identity and access management, including 5 years in Access Management roles
• Expertise in PowerShell scripting, identity lifecycle management, and IAM tools
• At least one relevant certification such as CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is preferred
