Senior IAM Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer for Enterprise Identity Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions focusing on Active Directory, Okta, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Manage user lifecycle processes and develop automated provisioning workflows
• Troubleshoot IAM issues and provide operational support, including 24/7 on-call assistance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IAM with expertise in Active Directory and Okta
• 5+ years of hands-on implementation of enterprise IAM solutions
• Proven experience implementing and managing MFA solutions
• Experience with PowerShell/Python and API development
• In-depth knowledge of security policies and compliance requirements
