Senior IAM Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the engineering, design, deployment, and support of identity solutions across AD, Azure AD, SSO, MFA, and B2B/B2C platforms
• Define and enforce IAM policies and standards, including identity lifecycle management and access provisioning/deprovisioning
• Implement and manage federation and authentication protocols, ensuring integration of IAM services with cloud-based and on-prem applications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience may substitute for education
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in information security, IT, or related field
• 5+ years in IAM engineering, with expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, MFA, and B2B identity models
• Proven experience implementing and managing identity federation technologies and protocols
• Strong knowledge of modern identity platforms and general scripting/coding knowledge
