Senior IAM Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr IAM Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the design, development, and enhancement of the IAM program in alignment with security policies and regulatory standards
• Lead the implementation and support of IAM solutions such as PAM, SSO, IGA, and MFA
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve security posture and mentor junior engineers on complex IAM projects

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or related fields, focusing on IAM solutions
• Experience with IAM platforms like Okta, SailPoint, Entra, and AWS Cloud Identity solutions
• Proficiency in implementing IAM solutions such as PAM, SSO, Directory Services, IGA, and MFA
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols including OAuth2.0, SAML, LDAP, Kerberos, and XACML
• Strong understanding of IAM governance frameworks and compliance standards
