Senior IAM Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IAM Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative functions of the RSA IGL platform, including monitoring identity and account collection runs
• Configure and oversee Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes for automated provisioning and de-provisioning
• Plan and execute access review campaigns and certifications to ensure authorized access to sensitive resources

Required Qualifications

• Advanced hands-on experience with RSA Governance & Lifecycle
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts
• Proficiency in database technologies, LDAP, Active Directory, and scripting languages
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, or GDPR
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
