Senior IAM Engineer

Job Summary

To ensure high availability and optimal performance of the ForgeRock environment, the full-time Senior IAM Engineer will oversee day-to-day administration, operational maintenance, and custom expansion of the Identity and Access Management platform while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor platform health across the ForgeRock software suite and manage system upgrades and critical security patches
• Provide L3 technical support for complex identity federation and authentication routing incidents, conducting root cause analysis on failures
• Build custom authentication scripts and configure authentication journeys to address advanced access use cases

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with at least 2+ years in the ForgeRock ecosystem
• Proven mastery of ForgeRock AM, IDM, DS, and IG components, including configuration files and properties
• Deep understanding of identity security standards such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, and LDAP
• Proficiency in writing production-grade scripts in Groovy, JavaScript, or Java
• Experience operating within Linux Server ecosystems and command-line interfaces
