Senior IAM Engineer

Job Summary

Designing and implementing IAM technologies, the full-time Senior IAM Engineer will serve as a subject matter expert in identity and authentication services, focusing on customizing SailPoint IdentityIQ to support lifecycle processes and automated workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of SailPoint IdentityIQ, including custom workflows and integrations with systems like Entra ID and Active Directory
• Contribute to the execution of the enterprise IAM strategy by architecting secure, scalable solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements
• Manage the full lifecycle of IAM systems, including development, testing, deployment, and monitoring of SailPoint environments

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ development experience, including advanced customization and strong Java programming skills
• Experience integrating SailPoint IIQ with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, ServiceNow, and Workday
• Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, access governance, and common IAM standards
• Familiarity with leading IAM tools and supporting technologies such as Linux/Unix and Java/J2EE development
• Experience with DevOps/CI-CD tools and industry-recognized security certifications is preferred
