Senior IAM Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance user experience and support compliance, the full-time Senior IAM Engineer will design, implement, and manage enterprise identity and access management services, focusing on Microsoft Entra ID and related technologies in a remote role for candidates residing in the Eastern Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Own the administration and continuous improvement of enterprise identity and access management services
• Serve as the primary technical owner for Microsoft Entra ID and implement authentication and authorization solutions
• Partner with various teams to design and automate Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes and manage access governance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management technologies in a medium or large enterprise
• Deep expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access and Multi-Factor Authentication
• Strong experience with Single Sign-On technologies such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
• Experience administering enterprise Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and certificate lifecycle management
