Senior IAM Engineer

Job Summary

To drive a robust identity management program, the full-time Senior IAM Engineer will design, develop, and implement IAM technologies while serving as a subject matter expert in a fast-paced environment, working with tools like SailPoint, Okta, and Azure AD.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, test, deploy, and monitor IAM systems to meet organizational requirements
• Assess and gather requirements for IAM solutions that align with stakeholder needs and business objectives
• Design and implement processes, policies, and standards to adhere to security best practices and minimize risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in identity and access management
• Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, BeyondTrust, and Okta
• Proficient in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificate authentication
• Strong experience with SQL scripting for data management and integration tasks
• Possession of industry-standard certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or equivalent
