Senior IAM Engineer

Job Summary

To support enterprise Identity and Access Management initiatives, the full-time Senior IAM Engineer will collaborate with application teams to design and implement secure authentication and access solutions while working remotely and traveling to Dallas, TX once per quarter.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with application teams to gather authentication and authorization requirements for applications
• Design and implement IAM solutions for secure user provisioning and access lifecycle management
• Troubleshoot authentication and access-related issues across enterprise applications

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Governance, and Provisioning processes
• Experience implementing and supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions
• Hands-on experience with SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and OAuth 2.0
• Experience integrating enterprise and third-party applications into IAM platforms
