Senior IAM Engineer - Active Directory

Job Summary

To support a growing organization's identity management needs, the remote contract Senior IAM Engineer - Active Directory will maintain, secure, and modernize the Active Directory environment while collaborating with various teams on identity-related initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Active Directory resiliency through backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning
• Provide advisory support on Active Directory standards, architecture design, and security best practices
• Collaborate with IAM, Infrastructure, Security, and application teams to support authentication and access management initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of hands-on Active Directory experience in medium-to-large enterprise environments
• Experience supporting hybrid identity solutions involving Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
• Working knowledge of Active Directory recovery and disaster recovery concepts
• Experience with Group Policy administration and troubleshooting
