Senior IAM Security Professional

Job Summary

Responsible for onboarding and supporting on-premise, hybrid, and cloud-based identity solutions, the full-time Senior IAM Security Professional will manage Level 3 support for IAM Platform Operations technologies, including Azure Active Directory and Single Sign-On, while working remotely within the United States or onsite in Johnston, Rhode Island.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for IAM technologies, including Azure Active Directory and Multi-Factor Authentication
• Configure and troubleshoot applications, ensuring optimal performance and capacity monitoring
• Implement automation to enhance efficiency and reduce manual processes in IAM operations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in system security administration or information management
• Experience with IAM security best practices and Privileged Identity Management processes
• Proficiency in implementing identity cloud solutions such as AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with common operating systems including Windows, Linux, and Unix
• BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
