Senior IAS Consultant

Job Summary

Providing technical and operational support within the Integrated Absence Solutions Practice, the full-time Senior IAS Consultant will partner with senior-level client stakeholders to assess absence management needs, offer expert guidance on leave regulations, and lead the implementation of integrated absence programs in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to design tailored absence management solutions and oversee program implementation
• Serve as a subject matter expert on federal, state, and local leave regulations, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency
• Analyze program data to identify trends and deliver strategic recommendations for program enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in absence management, benefits consulting, or human resources
• Deep knowledge of leave regulations such as FMLA and ADA
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS or absence management systems
