Senior IBM i Systems Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr IBM i Platform & Power Systems Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support and troubleshooting for server environments including Windows and VMware
- Conduct triage and resolution of server issues and outages via ServiceNow requests
- Design, implement, and operate complex solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- Four (4) or more years of experience in a related field
- Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and customer service
- Knowledge of operating systems and hardware
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred)
