Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance solutions on the IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) platform
• Configure and extend OMS core modules, implementing customized flows and integrations
• Contribute to advanced customizations for Sterling Order Hub and Sterling Next Gen Call Center

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on IBM Sterling OMS development/implementation experience
• Strong expertise in OMS functional and technical areas, particularly orchestration workflows
• Proficient in Core Java and experience with RESTful services and SQL
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Demonstrated commitment to code quality and unit testing
