Senior I&C Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing environmental engineering practice, the full-time Senior I&C Engineer will develop I&C designs, conduct control system startups for industrial and municipal projects, and provide technical leadership while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects and initiatives of strategic importance, providing expert analysis and resolution of complex problems
• Design and review P&IDs, wiring schematics, and control system architecture design documents
• Oversee controls-related electrical design and process instrumentation equipment while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years of related work experience in I&C engineering or a related field
• Experience in design, testing, and startup of industrial control systems for municipal water/wastewater projects
• Advanced knowledge of industrial process control networking and control system cybersecurity concepts
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members
