Senior ICS Cybersecurity Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ICS Cybersecurity Researcher.

Key Responsibilities:

• Theorizes, develops, and maintains custom code for analyzing network traffic and proprietary protocols
• Supervises and trains junior researchers in technical solutions for information operations and analysis
• Identifies security issues, develops concepts for detecting and preventing network attacks, and conducts penetration testing

Required Qualifications:

• 13+ years of experience or relevant degrees in Computer Science/Engineering, Math, or related technical fields
• Strong background in vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and red teaming in ICS and/or embedded system environments
• Understanding of cybersecurity scenario development, testing generation, and training for red teams
• Proficiency in Linux, Solaris, and Windows operating systems, as well as searching and sorting algorithms
• Familiarity with Zero Day exploits, packet level programming, and AI algorithms for machine learning
