Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support service line initiatives within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team and provide analysis and development for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
• Manage operations of IdentityNow (IDN) instances, including SLA management, change requests, and deployment
• Gather requirements for system integration and continuously improve the IAM posture from a technical and functional perspective

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a closely related technical field
• At least five years of progressive experience managing IAM services or delivering IAM solutions
• Experience developing IAM policies and troubleshooting IAM system issues
• Proficiency in using Amazon Web Services (AWS), Single Sign-On (SSO), and other IAM-related technologies
• Experience providing training and support on IAM processes and SailPoint technology
