Senior Identity Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Identity Engineer will design, implement, and optimize secure identity architectures for enterprise and customer-facing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, focusing on initiatives like passwordless authentication and privileged access management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support IAM solutions using Okta, Auth0, and IGA tools
• Integrate identity systems with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
• Serve as the subject matter expert for complex IAM issues and lead upgrades and migrations of identity technologies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related IT support roles
• Hands-on experience with identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and Active Directory
• Deep expertise in identity protocols (OIDC, SAML, MFA) and lifecycle management practices
• Understanding of compliance frameworks and security best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
