Senior Identity Engineer

Job Summary

Designing and operating identity and access management (IAM) infrastructure, the full-time Senior Identity Engineer will own the technical strategy for authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle, collaborating with security, infrastructure, and product teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement IAM solutions across workforce and customer identity, including SSO, MFA, and federation
• Own and evolve identity platforms, managing integrations via SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC
• Design and automate identity lifecycle workflows, including provisioning, access reviews, and least-privilege enforcement

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in engineering, with 4+ years focused on IAM or identity-related security
• Deep expertise with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, and federation protocols
• Hands-on experience with major IdPs such as Okta, Entra ID, or Ping
• Strong scripting/automation skills in Python, Go, PowerShell, or similar
• Solid understanding of cloud IAM and zero-trust principles
