Senior Identity Engineer

Job Summary

To support the growth of a high-performance team, the full-time Senior Identity Engineer will design, build, and operate identity and access management (IAM) infrastructure remotely, focusing on authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement IAM solutions for workforce and customer identity, including SSO, MFA, and federation
• Own and evolve identity platforms, ensuring integrations with SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC
• Design and automate identity lifecycle workflows, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in engineering, with 4+ years focused on IAM or identity-related security
• Deep expertise with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, and federation protocols
• Hands-on experience with major identity providers such as Okta, Entra ID, or Ping
• Strong scripting/automation skills in Python, Go, PowerShell, or similar, along with IaC experience (Terraform)
• Solid understanding of cloud IAM (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and zero-trust principles
