Senior Identity Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing enterprise, the full-time remote Senior Identity Engineer will design, build, and secure identity services for over 18,000 associates, focusing on automation, complex identity engineering challenges, and collaboration with various IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions while continuously improving them
• Develop automation using PowerShell to enhance operational efficiency and troubleshoot complex identity-related issues
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate identity requirements into secure technical solutions and support governance initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM), Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, or related technologies
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills with a focus on automation and process improvement
• Experience in troubleshooting authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle issues
• Understanding of identity technologies such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), LDAP, and Kerberos
• Ability to translate business requirements into secure and scalable technical solutions
