Senior Identity Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Identity and Access Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex user lifecycle management processes and access certification programs
• Manage enterprise privileged access initiatives and architect advanced SSO implementations
• Provide tier-3 support for complex issues and lead IAM projects while mentoring junior staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field; or Associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience in identity and access management or a related field
• Demonstrated experience leading technical projects and process improvement
• One or more relevant professional certifications required (e.g., CISSP, Epic Security Administrator)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, authentication protocols, and compliance frameworks
