Senior Identity Management Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance enterprise Identity Governance and Administration capabilities, the full-time remote Senior Identity Management Engineer will manage backend IGA operations, drive upgrades and automation, and implement integrations for user provisioning while collaborating across teams to improve access controls and security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Engineering and implementing security technology solutions for Identity and Access Management, including on-call support for high-priority issues
• Configuring and monitoring IAM solutions to ensure system health, compliance, and effective SSO, MFA, and provisioning processes
• Scripting and automating workflows to enhance efficiencies within IAM while maintaining security policies and configurations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of experience in Information Security or IT-related roles
• Comprehensive experience with SSO and authentication federation services
• Proficiency in Windows scripting and automation methodologies (e.g., PowerShell, VBScript)
• Preferred certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or SANS
