Senior Identity Specialist

Job Summary

Driving the strategy and design of global Identity Services, the full-time Senior Identity Specialist will implement innovative identity and access management solutions while collaborating with internal teams and ensuring compliance with security standards in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and continuously improve the Identity Service through automation and collaboration with industry experts
• Secure identity services by working closely with the Information Security team to validate policies and identify threats
• Lead migrations and integrations into identity services while mentoring support and operations teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint IdentityIQ, or similar IGA platforms, and CyberArk or similar PAM solutions
• Expertise in identity lifecycle management and access governance, with knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GxP, GDPR)
• Ability to develop strategies that align with organizational goals and lead high-performing teams
• Demonstrated capability to work independently while effectively collaborating within global, virtual teams
