Senior IFS Consultant

Job Summary

Leading complex IFS engagements in aerospace and defense, the full-time remote Senior IFS Consultant will architect solutions, manage delivery performance, and mentor team members while driving customer success and practice growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engagements, from discovery to post-go-live support, ensuring tailored IFS solutions align with customer goals
• Manage IFS upgrade projects, including version-gap analysis, data migration, and compliance integration, while coordinating with internal and external teams
• Advise executive stakeholders on project status and risk management, while contributing to internal practice improvements and mentoring consultants

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Several years of experience leading IFS upgrade and migration engagements, particularly IFS Applications 10 to IFS Cloud
• Multiple IFS Certified Practitioner credentials across key domains, particularly in Asset Management and Manufacturing
• Working knowledge of security and compliance standards in regulated defense environments
• Proven experience collaborating with IFS Customer Success and managing complex programs with strong project management skills
