Senior Ignition SCADA Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Ignition SCADA / OEE Platform Support Engineer (L2/L3).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 application and production support for Ignition-based platforms, ensuring high availability and continuity
• Perform incident triage, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis in complex environments, driving corrective actions
• Support event-driven integrations with Apache Kafka and collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy and operational stability

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of hands-on experience with the Ignition platform
• 5+ years in Production Support/Application Management Services for large-scale applications
• Strong understanding of OEE business logic and manufacturing KPIs
• Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures
• Familiarity with Qlik for enterprise-level OEE dashboards and reporting
