Senior Imaging Administrator
Job Summary
Supporting imaging informatics systems remotely, the full-time Senior Imaging Administrator will manage PACS, RIS, and cardiology imaging applications, ensuring efficient workflows and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and support Sectra PACS environments, optimizing workflows and monitoring system performance
- Analyze and enhance radiology and cardiology workflows to improve turnaround times and clinician experiences
- Ensure imaging systems meet regulatory requirements and provide training for clinical staff on imaging applications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Imaging Science, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in imaging informatics or PACS administration within a healthcare environment
- Hands-on experience with Sectra PACS, Primordial, PowerScribe 360, and cardiology imaging systems
- Strong understanding of DICOM, HL7, and clinical imaging workflows
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
