Senior Immigration Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Attorney to manage a high-volume caseload and provide legal support in immigration matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume caseload including various immigration applications and petitions
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents and manage client relationships
• Conduct legal research and assess clients' immigrant visa eligibility

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a business immigration attorney
• U.S. Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) and a member of a state bar in good standing
• Ability to manage complex case strategies and review paralegal work
• Understanding of complex immigration law concepts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and case management systems
