Senior Immigration Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal (Business Immigration) to support immigration processes for employers and individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze immigration documents for validity and status
• Draft case documents, statutory forms, and letters of support for NIV and IV applications
• Communicate with clients and foreign nationals regarding case processing and status updates

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal, focusing on complex matters
• Completed bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Experience drafting complex NIV visas, such as H, L, TN, and O visa applications
• Ability to manage a high volume of active and inactive cases
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Suite and immigration case processing software
