Senior Immigration Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal (Business Immigration) to join their team, focusing on high-volume NIV case types.

Key Responsibilities

• Review documents for validity and analyze immigration status based on provided documents
• Draft case documents, statutory forms, and letters of support for NIV and IV applications while tracking project deadlines
• Communicate with clients and foreign nationals regarding case processing and status updates

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal, specifically in drafting complex matters
• Completed bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Experience drafting complex NIV visas, such as H, L, TN, and O visa applications preferred
• Experience managing a high volume of active and inactive cases
• Strong computer literacy and ability to adapt to immigration case processing software
