Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Immigration Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze immigration documents for validity and status
• Draft case documents, statutory forms, and letters of support for NIV petitions
• Communicate with clients and foreign nationals regarding case processing and status

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal, with expertise in complex matters
• Bachelor's degree is highly desirable
• Experience handling a range of NIV cases and green card processes
• Ability to manage a high volume of active and inactive cases
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Suite and immigration case processing software
