• Manage visa sponsorships in partnership with external immigration counsel

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or HR
• Deep expertise in U.S. immigration processes and familiarity with global mobility frameworks
• Experience using HR systems and a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align mobility programs to company goals
• HR, Mobility, or Immigration certifications are a plus
