Senior Immigration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Immigration Specialist to oversee U.S. immigration law matters and coordinate global immigration processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end U.S. immigration processes and ensure compliance with external immigration service providers
• Stay updated on U.S. immigration laws and coordinate processes across multiple global locations
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders regarding immigration cases

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in coordinating immigration processes to/in the USA
• 2+ years of experience in coordinating immigration processes globally
• Experience in maintaining relationships with external immigration providers
• Strong attention to detail to mitigate legal and compliance risks
