Senior Immigration Specialist

Job Summary

To support global mobility activities, the full-time Senior Immigration & Global Mobility Specialist will manage U.S. immigration processes, including employment-based immigration and international assignments, while collaborating with HR, external vendors, and immigration counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage U.S. employment-based immigration matters, including visa applications and permanent residency sponsorship
• Partner with external immigration counsel on case strategy, filings, and status updates
• Support global mobility activities, including relocations and work permit coordination outside the U.S

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing U.S. employment-based immigration programs
• Experience working directly with external immigration counsel and managing high-volume case activity
• Strong knowledge of employment-based visa categories and related processes
• Experience supporting relocations and international assignments
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
