Senior Impact Director

Job Summary

Leading a hybrid team, the full-time salaried Senior Impact Director will manage program implementation, oversee staff development, and cultivate partnerships with Miami-Dade County Public Schools to enhance student outcomes and AmeriCorps member experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of programmatic supports and interventions across school sites, ensuring quality and consistency
• Lead, manage, and coach a team of Impact Managers and AmeriCorps members to achieve service performance requirements and foster leadership development
• Develop and maintain partnerships with school leadership, facilitating collaboration and addressing community needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree in a related field preferred
• Experience in education and/or non-profit management preferred
• Demonstrated management and team leadership experience
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to inspire and work with diverse teams and stakeholders
