Senior Impact Lead

Job Summary

As a remote Senior Impact Lead, the candidate will manage cross-functional product teams to ensure that products and services are evidence-based, informed by educator insights, and aligned with meaningful outcomes for educators and children.

Key responsibilities

• Define measurable product outcomes and develop impact frameworks to evaluate product effectiveness
• Write and curate evidence-based content and learning experiences tailored to educator needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support evidence-informed product decisions and elevate educator voice throughout the product lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in early childhood education, educator professional learning, impact evaluation, or related fields
• Strong grounding in child development, educator practice, and behavior change science
• Experience developing educator-facing content, tools, or frameworks
• Ability to apply qualitative and quantitative data for continuous improvement
• Demonstrated systems thinking and strategic problem-solving skills
