Senior Impact Researcher

Job Summary

Owning the evaluation agenda, the full-time Senior Impact Researcher will design and execute rigorous impact studies, build measurement systems, and translate findings for diverse audiences, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of impact and efficacy research, including various evaluation methodologies
• Communicate research findings effectively to external audiences, ensuring alignment with organizational values
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate evaluation priorities with organizational needs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in applied social science research, including program evaluation or impact studies
• Strong command of quantitative research design and advanced statistical methods
• Experience in designing and executing evaluations in field settings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for non-academic audiences
• Experience in presenting or publishing research findings for practitioner or public audiences
