Senior Implementation Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Implementation Analyst will focus on the design, development, implementation, and support of EDI and application integration solutions, while mentoring team members and ensuring adherence to implementation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assessing, analyzing, and implementing EDI solutions in a timely manner
• Managing client configurations and timelines for complex healthcare technology implementations
• Leading internal technical trainings and serving as a Subject Matter Expert for multiple products

Required qualifications

• Strong understanding of the ANSI X12N format, including 837P, 837I, 835, 270/271, 276/277, and 278
• Over 7 years of experience in technology and/or the healthcare space
• 5 years of experience managing complex healthcare technology implementations
• Familiarity with APIs
• Experience gathering data, functional, business, and technical requirements
