Senior Implementation Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the successful onboarding and rollout of strategic partnerships, the full-time Senior Implementation Associate will manage multiple concurrent implementations, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end implementation process for new strategic partnerships, ensuring smooth and timely launches
• Maintain detailed project plans, track implementation metrics, and prepare status updates for internal and partner-facing meetings
• Coordinate communication with partners and stakeholders, capturing feedback and ensuring alignment throughout the implementation process

Required qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in healthcare implementation, customer success, operations, or project management
• Experience in healthcare or health tech environments, with exposure to provider, payer, or pharmaceutical models
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Experience working cross-functionally and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
