Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to join their Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities

Configure software applications for customers using an enablement approach
Lead and manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously
Gather customer requirements and translate them to software capabilities

Required Qualifications

BS/BA degree in a computer-related discipline or equivalent experience
5+ years of professional experience in client-facing roles, preferably in software implementation
Competency with data manipulation and spreadsheet management
Technical knowledge of fundamental database concepts
Experience with Salesforce administration is a plus
