Senior Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to assist customers in launching their platform effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mid-market and enterprise customers through successful implementations and launches
• Empower customers to track implementation timelines and achieve time to first value
• Provide support and mentorship while owning implementation tasks such as system design and product training

Required Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience with global entities and multiple stakeholders
• 2+ years of experience with Enterprise customers (1,000+ employees)
• Background in delivering complex software implementations or technical projects
• Experience communicating with various customer personas at leadership levels
• Advanced understanding of Greenhouse Recruiting is a plus
